At the official launch of Living Ideas at NSW Parliament House, Ms Chunhong Ke emerged as one of the most sought-after people in the room and leaders across industry with her vision for sustainable urban renewal.
Ms Ke said her inspiration was to connect with Australian sustainability experts in construction and development to help shape the future of regional and urban communities.
“I have long harboured the concept of Living Ideas from travels around the world, with a vision for more sustainable and integrated urban futures,” she said.
In founding and assembling the Living Ideas group, Ms Ke brings her large-scale urban renewal and international-level landscape and horticultural projects and expertise to the fore. She has an extensive background in corporate finance, project budgeting, and investment planning, having served as CFO of a publicly listed enterprise in the environmental sector in China.

Ms Ke is a highly respected Senior Economist and financial leader with more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and urban development. She has held senior roles at Wuhan Nusun Landscape Co., Ltd., where she directed business growth, technological innovation, and the delivery of large-scale urban projects. She was instrumental in guiding the company through its successful IPO, which earned multiple national awards for excellence in urban construction. In 2020, her leadership was further recognised with the prestigious Outstanding CFO Award.
