Living Ideas is a bold not-for-profit initiative established in Australia to connect global capital with sustainable, community-driven projects. Our mission is to attract investment that funds innovative solutions to pressing challenges – particularly housing supply, infrastructure development and new, sustainable industries – while delivering broader economic and social benefits across NSW.
We bring a fresh approach to complex national issues such as the housing crisis. Through partnerships with global investors, advanced modular housing technologies, and human-centred design, we are creating scalable, high-impact solutions—especially in regional communities often overlooked by traditional development models.
With NSW facing significant housing shortages, rising construction costs, and a sluggish project pipeline, Living Ideas offers a new model that delivers immediate, practical outcomes. Our strategy includes:
● Acting as a conduit for global investment through a not-for-profit lens, directing values-aligned capital into housing and infrastructure projects with measurable social impact
● Deploying high-quality modular technology via a commercial arm to reduce construction time and costs while maintaining design excellence and sustainability
● Engaging with regional councils—including Wagga Wagga, Albury/Wodonga, Greater Bendigo, Dubbo and Rockhampton—to deliver well-planned, community-focused developments that meet demand and drive economic growth.
Our platform promotes a new, transparent model of public-private-social partnership built on ethics, innovation, and outcomes.
We would be honoured if you would consider joining us for our cocktail launch event with special guests, drinks and canapes.
